what customers concern

Yes. We keep the approved sample and the production spec sheet on file. Every batch is checked against both before shipment. If a batch deviates, we remake it at our cost.

Each rod is packed in four steps: foam wrapped around the handle and the first guide, then a neoprene sleeve, then a double-walled carton. For larger orders or long-distance routes, we add a wooden crate.

If it’s a manufacturing defect, we replace it. Send us the break point photo and batch number — we’ll assess and ship a replacement to you.

Three-step bonding is applied: the blank is abrasion-scored, bonded with impact-resistant adhesive, and cured under concentric jigs. This stops the seat from loosening under full drag — the most common failure point on heavy catfish rods.
