usually logo is designed by customer themselves, because they know what they really need. they might have the design in mind already and the only thing need to do is working with a local designer to make it real.
sample usually takes a month. but sometimes we design the rod or lure for customers from scratch, in that case it would be longer. sample is charged initially and will be refunded after formal order is placed.
